Entries now open for the ‘Batang Malaya Multimedia Arts Contest’

All Filipino children and youth are invited to participate in the ‘Batang Malaya Multimedia Arts Contests’ launched by the National Council Against Child Labor.

With the local theme “COVID 19 Sugpuin, Batang Manggagawa Sagipin,” the contest aims to intensify the awareness campaign for child and youth protection, particularly during the pandemic, as they are at a greater risk of exploitation.

The multimedia contest covers the following activities: Slogan Making, Greeting Card Making, Poster Making, Jingle Making, and Essay Writing.

The contest kicked off on June 12, 2020, in line with the global observance of the World Day Against Child Labor. The submissions of entries are accepted until July 23, 2020 and winners will be announced on July 31, 2020.

Determined by a set of criteria, every contest category will only have one (1) winner who will receive prizes and giveaways (see mechanics below).

Apart from a separate e-mail notification, winners will be also announced through the Batang Malaya - CLKSS Facebook page and Twitter account.
