DOLE-NCR Empowers its Employees through Various Capacity-Building Activities for the 1st Quarter

For the first quarter of 2017, DOLE-NCR Internal Management and Services Division (IMSD) initiated and conducted various capacity-building activities, benefitting 122 employees.  The said learning sessions and trainings aim to empower its employees to do their tasks and responsibilities, as well as enable them to be of better service to the clients and gain practical knowledge that will be useful to their everyday lives.
