The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB-NCR) conducted Service Quality Training to the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in hotel, restaurants, travel agencies, health and wellness, medical institutions, and educational services on February 7, 2019 at the National Wages Productivity Commission (NWPC) in Malate, Manila.

A total of 28 establishments actively participated and shared their notable experiences as well as their best practices in providing a better and quality service to their clients.

The training was intended to enhance establishment’s knowledge and workers skills in providing “error free” service to clients. It is a management tool that will guide the firm in understanding the importance of productivity and quality that will help them improve and provide better service.

Service Quality is among the free services provided by the Board and included in its productivity improvement programs called the Productivity Toolbox, a ladderized needs-based approached towards productivity improvement that will transform MSMEs to more viable and competitive enterprises.
