The FWCOMPHIL is the extension arm of the DOLE-NCR in advocating the welfare of workers and their families. Part of those advocacies include sharing of workplace best practices on FWP to its members, which is anchored on DOLE-FWP’s purpose in improving workplace productivity and worker-management relations. Members are also updated on DOLE advisories or issuances related to workplace. END / Hershey Aquino (with report from John Rey Abitria, DOLE-Manila Field Office)
