DOLE-NCR CLIENT ADVISORY

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended, and pursuant to the policy intent of decentralizing the evaluation and approval of the Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) to provide quality service to our clientele, all applications for CSHP at DOLE-NCR, including evaluation, processing, and concurrence of CSHP of the projects of the Department of Public Works and Highways and other government agencies, shall be submitted in-person to the respective DOLE-NCR Field Office having jurisdiction over the location of the project:

For private construction projects, pursuant to Section 12 of the Department Order No. 198, Series of 2018, and Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2018-01 issued by the Department of Public Works and Highways, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Interior and Local Government, and Department of Information and Communication Technology, the CSHP shall be submitted prior to the commencement of any construction-related activities to the above mentioned DOLE-NCR Field Office that have jurisdiction over the location of the project.

The submission, evaluation, processing, and concurrence of the CSHP are free and no cost shall be charged to the applicant principal and contractor or subcontractor.

Further to this, all online applications for CSHP that are submitted via https://clients.ncr.dole.gov.ph/home/ are suspended until further notice.

This shall take effect on 13 April 2023.
