ATTENTION ALL DOLE-NCR CLIENTS

This is to inform all concerned that in order to ensure the legitimacy and veracity of all Alien Employment Permit applications, client access to their Establishment Registration Number (ERN) may be disabled due to the following instances:

• Establishment has moved out of their declared business address without appropriate notice;
• Establishment was closed or non-operational upon inspection;
• Establishment cannot be located at their declared business address; and
• Discrepancy in the AEPs issued versus the foreign nationals acknowledged to be employed by the company.

The ERN may only be enabled upon client’s compliance of said findings or once the resolution of such findings is satisfied.
